The Topview T1 video generator offers three modes: Topview T1 text to video for written scenes, Topview T1 image to video for stills, and multi-reference mode for shots guided by image, video and audio files.
Topview says Topview T1 brings movement, atmosphere and sound together, with multilingual dialogue and subtitles, in clips of up to 30 seconds. Some early posts tagged #TopviewT1 on X show anime characters keeping their look in image to video.

Topview T1 has one published rate, and it covers 1080p only. Here is how it works out per second and per clip.
Every Topview member pays 2.2 credits per second for Topview T1 video at 1080p, whatever the plan. The list price is 2.75.
In Topview's own example, a 30-second 1080p clip costs $6.60, which is $0.22 per second. That figure is Topview's marketing, not our test, and the Topview T1 video generator has no published 720p price.
